Terms of Use

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

At the latest when entering the premises, the Lessee will give the Lessor a check in the amount of 1,500.00 Euros payable to the Lessor as a security deposit intended to cover any rental damage. Are included as rental damage: all damage, damage to the villa and its exteriors (including the swimming pool and/or sauna), as well as damage, loss or theft caused to movable property furnishing the accommodation, during the rental period . In the absence of rental damage, the security deposit will be returned or destroyed by the Lessor following the inventory and no later than 10 days after the departure of the Lessee. In the event of the existence of rental damage, the security deposit will be paid back within a maximum period of 2 months, the expenses incurred in repairing the damage suffered deducted, justification and invoices in support.

OBLIGATIONS OF TRAVELERS:

1. The exercise of any trade, profession or industry being strictly prohibited, the Lessee acknowledges that the premises covered by this contract are only rented to him as a temporary and recreational residence;

2. Respect the housing capacity;

3. Respect the destination of the dwelling and not make any changes to the layout of furniture and places;

4. Not being able to replace any person whatsoever, nor sublet, in whole or in part, even free of charge, the rented premises, except with the written consent of the lessor;

5. Be insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and neighbours' claims;

6. Refrain from throwing into washbasins, bathtubs, bidets, sinks, swimming pools, garden ponds objects likely to obstruct the pipes, failing which he will be liable for the costs incurred for the re-commissioning of this equipment;

7. Notify the lessor as soon as possible of any damage affecting the dwelling, its furniture or its equipment. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the Lessee;

8. Authorize the Lessor, or any third party mandated by him for this purpose, to carry out, during the rental period, any repairs ordered by the emergency. The Lessee may not claim any reduction in rent in the event that urgent repairs incumbent on the lessor appear during the rental;

09. Avoid any noise or behavior, of his own doing, of his family's doing or because of his relations, likely to disturb the neighbours;

10. Accept the visit of the premises if the lessor or his agent so requests;

11. Waive any recourse against the lessor in the event of theft and depredations in the rented premises;

12. Maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the rental. If items in the inventory are damaged, the lessor may claim their replacement value.

13. Undertake to make normal and reasonable use of the means of comfort (heating, air conditioning, water, etc.), as well as the equipment (household appliances, multimedia, kitchen, swimming pool, etc.) made available to them. The Lessee is responsible for the use of the internet access made available to him during the rental period. He is prohibited from making a copy of the keys provided by the Lessor.

PETS:

Pets are allowed, any damage is your responsibility. The Lessee is asked to clean up any excrement on the entire Villa Property. A supplement may be requested.

VARIOUS:

-The swimming pool is artificially heated: it is equipped with a retractable telescopic cover which naturally heats the water thanks to the sun's rays; as well as a specific heat pump set to a minimum temperature of 25°C. The Lessor draws the Lessee's attention to the fact that an outside temperature that is too low may make it impossible to obtain 25°C (equipment limits), the Lessor is therefore not required to propose a minimum temperature of the water.

-Sheets, towels are included in the service. The beds will be made upon arrival of the Lessee according to the number of people indicated in article 3 of this contract.

- When the keys are returned, the Lessee undertakes to return the premises to a normal state of cleanliness (in particular the kitchen and the bathrooms), empty the garbage cans, as well as clean and put away the dishes.

-The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet place: the Lessee is expressly asked to respect the neighborhood, in particular with regard to noise pollution between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

-The villa may under no circumstances be rented for the organization of parties or other events welcoming people other than those provided for in article 3 of this contract, in particular for insurance reasons.

- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the Villa.
