-On the lower level you can enjoy a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a large relaxation room (including a kitchen area with bar, a sofa bed, a baby- adult football and a flat screen TV). You will also find on this level a superb sauna, an equipped laundry room (washing machine, drying rack, ironing accessories) and a double garage accessible for your vehicles. The Villa has a Fiber Internet connection with Wifi, TV package and DVD players.
The exterior is completely fenced and planted with trees, with a beautiful garden, many relaxation areas and private parking with electric gate (no one can approach your vehicles). The 12 meter long swimming pool is covered and heated all year round, which will allow you to enjoy it whatever the weather. The terraces are equipped with sunbeds, a large outdoor table for your meals with family or friends, an electric awning, a barbecue, outdoor lighting, etc.
You rent the Villa and all the exterior in complete privacy, no one other than you can access it and you will not be disturbed.
